Several Maponics team members attended Inman’s Real Estate Connect San Francisco last week. We were excited to meet up with customers and colleagues and exchange ideas about the latest innovations in the real estate industry.
Some of the buzz at the conference was around how to provide end-users with a more refined and nuanced search capability around top-performing schools. As the industry works on best practices to meet this challenge, some Maponics customers are already ahead of the curve.
Thanks to our partnership with GreatSchools, customers who license our School Boundaries product – including Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com – can easily integrate GreatSchools’ ratings and reviews, offering real estate portals an easy way to enrich their offerings.
Participants at the conference were also excited to hear about our newly launched +Residential Boundaries™. The new product provides data about single-use neighborhoods that are at least 90% residential in nature. This is especially valuable for companies offering property search applications, as it allows home buyers and renters to narrow in on suburban or bedroom communities – making it another hot topic at Real Estate Connect.
