Last week, Maponics founder Darrin Clement spoke at Real Estate Connect NYC 2014, Inman’s flagship conference. Clement was a panelist for Data Crunching: The Promise of Predictive Data and Practical Applications.

Dan Adams, Maponics COO, reports that the buzz of the conference seemed to be “predictive data – for everything from identifying who is likely to sell a home, to property values, to commute times, to matching agents to properties they are likely to sell.”
Real Estate Connect NYC 2014 was successful again this year. Adams pointed out,

The 13 companies comprising the Class of 2013, including Maponics’ customers RealScout and Zumper, are leading innovators within the industry. As Inman Incubator companies, they will receive mentoring, advising and promotions from the top minds in real estate, including $100,000 in promotional consideration from Inman News.
